14 years ago bow hunting in North Carolina I would have shot him but now he would get a pass.

Geeze. You know the deer is young or you would not have posted.

1. How big is your place?
2. Will the neighbors cap him?
3. Are you good with big horns on a doe body?
4. It is YOUR CALL, if you like the deer, shoot it.

That deer will be a stud in 3 years, up to you if you can count on seeing it at that time.

I have hunted places where that deer would be shot onsite. I hated every minute of it and will never be on a lease like that again.
