I'm not one to typically post about things like this but after many months of going back and forth, I am looking to make a career change. Without being too specific, my background is selling power control products to mainly oilfield OEM's, but also selling into construction and AG markets. I have been with the same company for over 15 years. I do have a non-compete so I cannot make a lateral move. I'm sure some here know the feeling to where you dread work so much it starts making you not enjoy the things you enjoy most. That's where I am now. I am willing to even find work to support my family until the right opportunity comes along.
