Best way to play tv though porch speakers

I do not have internet at the ranch. What is the best way to run my tv ad miliskc through the outside speakers in my porch. Speakers are there and wiring comes into the house. Got the tv. Just need a recieved is some kind. Healer the better. Also would be nice to have Bluetooth so I could run pandora off of it. It will be on the wall just inside the house

I'm kinda confused but by the title,

Bluetooth speakers with a transmitter from the tv. That would do t.v. and Pandora. I have a set on my patio from Amazon going on 6 or 7 years without an issue

How do you bluetooth if you dont have internet? If you can get bluetooth signal on your phone, just get some bluetooth speakers and play pandora or spotify from your phone.
