    Sandhill Crane Fajitas

    1. Shoot cranes(my favorite part)

    2. Filet the breast

    3. Season with Fiesta Fajita Seasoning and meat tenderizer.

    4. Grill breasts med.rare(this is important). If you overcook they will become extremely chewy and tough.

    I usually grill them on a hot plate with my onions and peppers.

    They truly are the "ribeyes in the sky".

    I have a young one around my pond right now that needs to become fajita's. Need to get rid of him before he decides to wipe out my pond full of Koi.

        That is a heron and protected, translates no good to eat!
