I'm thinking sun and bleach and then ill put secrete sauce on em once half way white again. May have to scrub with brush.

Ram horns may be toast. They are so soft you can't touch em

No Bleach!! Bleach will break down the bones.
Get some Peroxide from a beauty supply place.
You may have to stain the horns and antlers though.

I have peroxide stuff. Just thought they need to be halfway white instead of green black to start with.

I have the staining down pretty good

I personally thought the green black was a new way to do it.

IMO they might be just too much damage done. Might want to think about letting them dry out for a period of time then send them in to get dipped?

Ram horns need to be pulled off after 2 or 3 days of letting the skull rot in a trash bag. Its nasty but will preserve the horns. Learned that from texas taxi a few years ago on a blackbuck. He gave me the advice

Not sure how to fix it but don't use bleach like stated above. I did it once about 5 years ago and pieces of the skull are flaking off even after I painted and clear coated it. It's actually the pig in my avatar.

Whatever you do I would not use bleach, as mentioned above it will breakdown the bone/skull and it will become brittle.

I know this because one of my best bucks fell victim to this.

Why are they black and green? I have never seen a euro come out like that.

Wow! Peroxide will clean up the bones, but the horns may need some love.

Let the ram horns dry out then do a plaster mold of them and glue back to the skull

I think at this point JT it would be easiest to paint em white!
