On the right is Mammoth Ivory. Keep in mind that the ivory would significantly affect the price of the knife.

Pere David. Never seen(or had) a knife with those scales before. Ironwood would be second choice for me....

I'd hang onto the mammoth if I were you, one of the bigger suppliers will not be getting anymore.

I'd do the ironwood and save the ivory for a unique blade of damascus.

Pierre Davids Deer - it would match the bolster and light coloring of the blade and be a conversation point - not many of those deer wandering around on knives!

Damascus blade puts that knife in the deluxe category already. Do it justice and go with the mammoth. PDD is second (just cause I haven't seen it before), then ironwood, stag is last but definitely would look good.

Charles Turnage. He was one of the few getting stuff from Russia and other across the pond places. There is still some Alaskan mammoth that will be coming in but it doesn't produce the same colors.
