I had that last week with the Jalepeno cream sauce it was very good. Jap sauce recipe I got from the recipe section.

We just did that last week with a group of guys from our church that we meet and shoot bows with. One of them brought fresh green sauce from his wife and I was dipping the backstrap in it. I cook my backstrap the exact way the OP did the tender loins, nice and bloody.
