    Deer Lease Tiny Home

I’m on a great lease. There is a really nice camp house for members to stay in. This is our second year on the lease. There are enough beds but people who have been members for awhile have staked their claim over the years. The bed that my son and I get is in the living room. No big deal except for losing sleep due to the guys who decide to stay up all night having a good time right outside the living room. They also sleep in the dining room so moving around early you don’t want to bother anyone. My buddy who I joined the lease with has his 5th wheel out there. I can stay in it when there is room but being the good guy he is he brings his kids and nephew most the time. So I decided to build my own camper/tiny home to haul out there. After about a month of searching the FB Marketplace I came across a guy who had an old gooseneck camper frame he had started but ran out of time and money to complete it. After having my welder do some modifications I was finally able to start framing this past Friday. I am a commercial general contractor and have parked it on one of our job sites. I work on it in the afternoons and weekends. I’ll post pics as it progresses.

seal it up tight to keep the mice out.
