Grilled Crappie Tacos!

Grilled some crappie up tonight on my charcoal pit for tacos! Momma made some homemade remoulade suace to top them off with! Man was it fantastic!

What did seasoning did you put on yours?

What did seasoning did you put on yours?

I lay them out on foil. Then sprinkle Lowrys garlic salt on them lightly. Then I put Tony's on them and some black pepper. Flip the fillets and repeat. Last I put butter and then put them on the grill on foil. Spray the foil with a little pam or canola cooking spray. Cook about 8 to 10 mins. Dont flip and take off with a spatula!
