If you fine folks have a minute would yall say a prayer for me. I had back surgery yesterday morning and still in the hospital. They pulled my l4 l5s1 put some new ones in with a small fusion. Much appreciated!

Yikes, yes, of course, prayers for quick healing.

Don't limit yourself to the exercise routine they set out. Push yourself to do more. My husband had spinal fusion surgery a few years ago.They told him to be walking 1/2 mile after 3 weeks. He was doing that the 3rd day, and by his 4 week follow up was walking 2 miles a day.

Praying for you. Like Pistol said push yourself. Had back surgery about 6 years ago and that was the best thing I done. But the first few days was tough. Doctor kept telling me to get up and walk. When I did I felt so much better.

Its been rough... PT showed up around 330 yesterday afternoon and got me out of bed. I told them they were crazy once I got up I felt good and walked quit a bit. I kept the midnight nurse pretty busy I was up 4 different times walking thought the night. Trying not to over do it but hate laying in the bed. I appreciate the prayers.
