Note where the nails are placed in the paper.
All 4 are located at exactly the midway point of the side they are in. I measured them as I poked them in.
This enabled me to easily visually transpose lines between the nails,
for an imaginary cross at the center of the paper.
The only reason I decided to post this is, to show how even the simplest of visual aid can help you make a good shot.
Look at your animal, and pick your spot to shoot.
Almost always there will be a physical characteristic at the spot,
or characteristics you can triangulate to the spot.
