No decoy beats an actual live turkey. Congrats on the bird, Clay. It’s always nice when persistence pays off. In all honestly, I’m a little envious of the amount of time you get to spend hunting them and the density of birds on the places you get to hunt on. I’ll have a chance to punch a couple more tags myself for the north zone opener on a buddy’s place in Menard county.
