    Leupold eyepiece adjustment

I shot four rifles yesterday. Two of them i had no problem seeing the 2" diamond, at 100 yards. The other two i had to put my glasses on to see the diamond. I should have realized that the other two needed to be adjusted, but i didn't think about it until i got home. So now the other two are now adjusted, and clear for my eyes. So will this change the point of impact, or not ?

Yes it can. Always good to verify. Shouldn’t move much but it can

The only way it would affect POI is if it changed the parallax in some way. Usually only at longer distances

Parallax is set at a certain distance. Unless the scope has an adjustment for parallax.
