Next step is sand blast and paint. But you know what they say- when you build a pit, you’re never finished. Lol
There’s a few other things I’d like to do when time allows. I need some storage space. But ready to get it painted and registered.

I’m the same way. I guess it’s what I’m used to. I like this way because if I need to speed things up a bit, I’ll move the meat to the firebox side where I’m running a little more heat.

Thanks bud. It came a long way from looking like this. Lol
Now I look for reasons to cook on it. We’ll be doing 2 briskets and some ribs this weekend again.
