Shooting in Temple earlier today. Urgent prayers needed.

I learned late this evening that the shooting that took place in Temple early this morning was that of an old friend of mine from high school, her mother and her 4 year old son that is fighting for his life after being shot 4 times by his step father.

Please take a moment to say a prayer for this little boy, and for his dad and Grandpa that are trying to figure out why this tragedy is upon them.

I was off shift today and was called in to assist with call load. Some days I love my job as an LEO, then there are tuff days. Sure made me hug my kids a little longer today. Been praying for the little one all day. Will most likely get an update in briefing in the morning.
