I was thinking the same thing but then realized that the new designation of "owner" invokes thoughts of slavery also.

Maybe the Master Bedroom needs to be changed to:
The Main Sleeping Location of the Man or Woman or Both that Resides in the Residence and is/are Considered to be the Head of the Household.

Then we can be politically correct and not offend anyone.
