I'm just taking the lease cost to me and dividing it 5 ways is how I came up with the price. The ranch hunts pretty big so I think 5 hunters wont be a problem especially if most of them bow hunt.

While that is expensive, it’s absokutley incredible. It’s first class all the way around. I’m sure it will be leased soon.

Forgive me if I missed it reading through the thread..... does this price include feed? Are you planning the entire place being community or individual spots? How many deer do you expect to harvest? MLD?

Answer to a few questions. Feed will be divided 5 ways and should be around 6500.00 per year, so about 1250.00 each. The entire place will be community hunting. Each hunter will get a 1 trophy, 1 management, culls and harvest of does will be on outside of high fence. It is a ll year lease with access all year long to go out and fish or just hang out.
