I built the same thing for my cows that are in the pens, except I just used Tposts instead of pallets. I also have billboard tarps. The cows and wind have not torn them up yet!

I was thinking of doing the same thing to build a bow blind.

These were feed pallets (bags of cattle feed) and this will only be used 8-10 times a year. We did not cut any of the pallets and they had been baked in the sun for months. Highly doubt it's anything to worry about. If they were furniture or decorations in my home oor if Iwas eating off of it as a table at camp I would be a little more worried.

A blind is in the works with left over material similar to the shed. I'll let brunner post pics of it's progress. Both fun family projects.

Cool idea, thx for sharing. may use that. Most treated pallets seemingly are not readily available or when I need them to use for out of country shipments they seem to be hard to find. Here is an easy guide we look for on pallets

Here's the start of the blind. The interior dimensions are 6'x100"

Cows are the only reason we don't have a structure like this in camp. They'd tear that tarp apart. I have wanted to build one bad for a couple of years now... just can't talk myself into feeding the cows trap though.

Mine haven't touched the tarp, but they love going underneath it. And, it is a billboard tarp, not the tarp you buy from the store.
