Default New Bow Blind

A couple of months ago my Brother-in Law and I started on a new Bow Blind, so I thought I would share some of the pictures that I took along the way. I have always enjoyed looking at other people's ideas and it helped me a lot when we were building my Blind. So I want to thank a lot of the guys for posting pictures of their stands. I won't post all the pictures at once, I don't want to overwhelm y'all.

I had just put a coat of Primer on the outside, and painted the inside black.

Thanks, it was really heavy especially after we got the legs attached. We are going to build 2 more, but we learned some thing while building this one.

I don't have a picture, but one of my favorite things about the blind is, we put in some R24 Insulation in the roof, right under the tin. You wouldn't believe how much heat that takes out of the blind. In October that will come in handy. It looks like one of those Solar Blankets.

Nice job, I see I'm not the only one that likes a nice set of stairs/steps on a blind. Why chance a fall???

Looks really nice!
How wide are the 6 sides and would you use those same dimensions again?

Thanks You!! It is 6x6. I hadn't hunted out of it yet. But it seems like the perfect size for me and one of my kids.

I know it's an old post, but I really want to build one of these. I've always used ground blinds for bow hunting but really want a box stand. Did you you a set of plans for this build?
