I’m headed a bit west of Dilley to the pit of heavenly bliss. Hunting will start today around 3:00 pm. Almost there.
I’ve had some great success here in the past with deer scoring 162, 138 and 152 in the three years prior. This hunt will be cut a bit short as my wife’s birthday is Wednesday and we have a date.
I’ll be back for another go at it if I fail.
I usually have a good idea as to what is on trailcams, but this year has been a little different. The hunting has been tough but the deer are here, of course. So, I’ll let my trusty friend and guide let me know what we are doing kind of on the fly.
