Default RV Pad site

Bought this RV cover for 50% off as a display model, gonna be building a RV cover pad site behind my shop...
40'x24'x15'

I had to disassemble it and move it about 10 miles to my property

Cant remember the name of the place...buts its right there on 290/Zube road in Hockley....she sells these and portable buildings along with a realty company...its on the north side of 290 at the Zube road exit....

Mine is 24 x 40 x 16

A few years ago I put a 20x40x12 over mine and it was over 3K. You did good !

next up...25 tons of crushed concrete, 50 amp service, a couple of lights....and water line hookups...110v for boat

15 cross ties are bolted together with brackets.....

There are 12 3 foot 5/8" rebar that goes through each frame base ( 6 on each side) through each railroad tie and into the ground....

Also, 8 2 foot augers ( 4 on each side) bolted to the frame through each eyelet

It should be fine, surrounded by a bunch of trees.....unless a tornado comes through
