If they do they points still don't work the same, in Hagermans system 75% of the permits go to those with the most accrued points, it the state system with the huge # of applicants points don't mean sh#t.

I know, that's why I think it's bs that the last year using this system, that all the permits weren't issued to the ones with the most points first. But, it is what it is. A train wreck next year most likely.

Yes, Hagermans system guarantees you draw at least every 3 years, possibly 4 if your really unlucky. In the state system it a free for all $$$ grab with terrible odds
