Default Big thanx from Bayouboy's "Original" Team Boudin Road Show......

My son TxTiger and I really enjoyed seeing everyone again and serving up almost 100# of smoked and jalapeno boudin. Not to mention all the great goodies he was also dishing out served up by team Fishhead! It was a great partnership with team Fishhead and seeing so many TBH originals. Mary, Michael, Les, Mrs. Les , Stoelle, GR5, Huntress, Clint, Bruce, Mrs. Bruce, Legdog, Sika, Odin, Coonie Blake, and so..... many more! This annual event has always been like a mini roadtrip/vacation back down memory lane. Anyone that truly knows me has figured out by now just how much I love being around people, bs'n, cutting up, teasing, and giving everyone a hard time. Of course it's the true coonie coming out and not a better place to do so.

Nothing better than seeing kids run around with a cupcake in one hand and a slice of crappie or stick of boudin in the other. There wasn't enough rain to dampen spirits. That's for sure. And.... to all the new friends that I made from teams like "Team Hot Lips" and the rest of Team Fishhead... Thanx Again!

I'm very grateful for my one day a year exposure to Bayouboy and Team Boudin Road Show. It just feels good knowing you guys are on Nanza ground.

Hopefully we will continue to do it for decades to come.

Don't let the cat out of the bag on me behaving.... I will lose my reputation
Besides.... It seems that James Ryan always makes sure that I do.

Leggy.... don't you mean that you are grateful that it is "only" one day a year that you have to be exposed to me? LOL!

Thanks for your contribution

I dont know what the "proper" way to cook boodan is but I love it grilled. The jap one kind of threw me for a min, I had some in one hand and some other eats in the other and I could not figure out where the heat was coming from
It was not too hot just wasnt expecting it in the boudin

Those stuffed and deep fried japs were good too

James, the boudin was the main thing I missed out on Saturday...Mary told me the sample she got was pretty hot and I was headed that way to go get me a plate, but the kids saw the Team D-Zert table and pulled me that direction!

I will make sure to hit the boudin table first next year!

Always remeber.... politics, bs'n, story telling, and socializing are forms of art in La.. We take GREAT pride in all the mentioned. Drop by and get all of it you can stand. Oh, and maybe a bite or two of boudin

My oldest may even bring his clan down and mix in a big jambalaya with the smoked boudin.
By the way.... you also missed out on the latest. Smoked jalapeno boudin.
Not for the faint of taste buds and very good at clearing any sinus or allergy issues
