The wife and I are probably in again this year. I've got an ez up, if needed. I'll keep track of this to see what else is needed.

MudBugs
4 sacks Crawfish - WCB
2 big pots w/ burners w/ propane -
3 100qt coolers - WCB (2)
25 lbs red potatoes (extra for main meal side dish)
25 lbs corn on cob (extra for main meal side dish)
10lbs of onions
8 lbs whole garlic - WCB
8 lbs mushrooms
liquid boil -
6 large lemon juice bottles
4 boxes of salt
spice mix -
2large prep tables
water hose - WCB
E-Z Up- AgVet - WCB

I think we should cut the potatoes and corn in half. We through away a lot of those items last year and the year before and up the bugs to six bags. What do y'all think?

Let's see how much bugs cost and how many are willing to pitchin before we commit to 6 bags.

That's a good estimate. C Blake uses a figure of 37 to 42 pounds, so 40 is a good number.

Should I go ahead and bring my 40,000 unit cayenne to kick them up a notch this year? I know the "Secret Stash" will be fired up, but maybe we could give them something to really remember!!

Forrest,

No, we didn't pass on it. I've sent him a PM to let him know we would have it clean and I would drop it off at his place when we were done. I haven't heard back. Please bring yours anyway. We can have several going at one time. I goal is to cook six bags this year.

My cooker will more than do the job if we are only doing 4 sacks. It can cook 2 sacks at a time and doesnt take long at all to bring to a boil .All we need is a large propane bottle.
