Yes you can hunt collared eurasians all year..

Yep and kill then by any means you wish. Lot of fun to get on a field with lots of them. Can be similar to an Argentina hunt.

Yes, you can shoot them any time. The Feds and TPWD both want them exterminated. There are a lot of them in Guadalupe County.
