Fellas, it's Simply Because the ffl HAS to have a disposition on the item...they log in the receiver / gun / suppressor in their books. You cannot have an acquisition & just hand it over. There needs to be a numbered 4473 assigned in the books on that line item.

The ATF doesn’t do a back ground check. What info did you provide for them to do one? Mine has the trustees names and my address. That’s it. YOU aren’t buying the gun. The trust is.
