Need a home business finance program

My daughter has a full time job but does baking on the side. She has been good at holding onto receipts for ingredients, other expenses and sales. We are thinking she should get some kind of computer program for her MacBook and iphone that’ll track her finances.

Any ideas what she should look at getting? She does a lot of word of mouth and Facebook sales as well as being a vendor for a school. Don’t want her to get caught in any snags from financial mismanagement.

I would look at quick books—she can bill customers and enter expenses and run monthly reports. We use it and the just email the end of the year reports to the accountant

That’s what I was thinking too. I’ve heard their advertising on the radio. Just hadn’t heard any referrals. Any recommendations on which Quick Books program to get?

Is Quick Books Online just a download?

Xero is what I use at my work if you're looking for another program to compare to QBO.
