                      Looks at least 5.5 in the kill thread. Typically won’t see those sticker points coming off the bases like that on a deer any younger than 5.5 in that part of the world.

                        Very proud of my son Landon. He hunted hard this weekend. Saturday morning he was hunting by himself, he made a good shot on the deer, it ran about 5 yards and was done.
                        He has been hunting this buck since the second weekend of bow season both with his crossbow and rifle. we had lots of pictures of this deer on camera, and Friday morning he came out at my other stand, where my oldest son Logan was hunting. He recognized the buck as the one Landon was hunting, and let him walk. Saturday he showed up where we had been getting most pictures and Landon was ready for him with his 6mm Remington passed down to him from his Pepaw, my stepdad.
                        This is his first buck, and we are very proud of him, and happy for him.
