Any good bank fishing around San Antonio?

Is medina lake any good?

I've heard the neighbors won't let you bank fish around there. You might be ok standing in the water as long as it's navigable, but even this is still unclear.

Braunig has some pretty good bank fishing north of the entrance.

I've caught a few bass and perch at Fischer park in New Braunfels, fishing is decent there's a dock and 2 ponds with fish, and there's a splash pad for the kids to cool off.

Yes. There is a Park right on the river right in town. It is pretty good for bass aNd perch.
