Ate raw ground lamb

I ate a couple bites of what was some partially raw ground lamb. My initial inclination is that it’s not a huge deal but I’ll know for sure in a couple days. Everybody around me though is freaking out.

What should I/would you do?

I eat medium-medium rare as well. The lamb is mainly what’s making me wonder, along with the fact that it’s cooked on a rotating spot probably for a couple of hours at least.

It doesn’t show up great in the picture because of all the seasoning, but there’s patches in there that are as raw as it gets. I eat steaks/chops rare-medium rare, but it’s the ground lamb aspect that has me concerned.

Id just go ahead and drink a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide, worked for my dog when he ate rat poison. At the minimum I would make sure your Will is in order, and say goodbye to your loved ones.

I actually figured KNP was just jacking with me. I’m not really all about making myself puke, although somebody did suggest that. TBH’s reassurance that I’m doomed has me feeling better.
