Lord, we know it is not ours to ask why, but we know You are in control and Lord we claim the promises You pronounced when you were here and walked among us and taught us Your way Lord. We know from your Disciple Paul that to be absent this life is to be with You Jesus if we know You. None of us knows our day nor hour when You will call us. We ask you Lord to receive this dear brother into Your Paradise. Lord comfort this grieving family in this hour. Give them a peace that only You can give them. Assure them that You are our God... We love you Lord and we thank You for Your Son who saves us, and it is in His name we pray, Amen.
