if you get caught here illegally then you are a criminal; just like you would be charged if you illegally entered Mexico.

kind of true. he is still looking to insure "poor" people with medicaid style plans, but "erase fake lines around states". this will require the federal govt to setup a minimum standard of insurance so that the playing field will be level. requirements in Tx dont necessarily match plans outside the state, and will be the same across the country.

That statement outlines absolutely nothing, other than erasing imaginary lines. Then he will, for those who can't care for themselves, "use a different system". I sure hope he can come up with better "plans" than this, or Hillary will eat him alive.
