      I ordered me one too. My buddy has it and that thing is a blow torch turned all the way up. You can cook even when it's windy outside.

                          We need to bring this thread back to life. Taking my 36" griddle to the lease this weekend. Finally got some cool weather coming so cooking outside will be nice.

                            How portable are these things? I see they make carry bags for them, but how big of a pain is it to break down and carry?

                              it's not too difficult. remove cast iron griddle top, remove propane tank, remove bottom tray and fold legs. Bam you're done

                                The one I have has wheels on it. Just roll it on a trailer and strap it down. I don't have any desire to mess with the top again.
