I am setting up the new "Bionic Bear" novelty shoot at this years MTB shoot in Grayling Michigan. It is a standing bear with a steel plate that has a 4" hole in the middle. That will be placed in the center of the target. Gives you a chance at a new 3 D deer target. It is advertised so archers can bring some cheaper or junk arrows to give it a try. The standing bear will be set up to be a 10 yard or closer shot.

I always liked the "card games".
Tape or otherwise laminate all 52 cards (at random & no jokers) on a cardboard, then stick it on a target butt for shooting at it.
$1 a round of 5 shots.
At close whoever shoots the highest poker hand on 5 cards wins the pot, or splits it with the club.

Looks like we will have two. Years ago a member built a turntable with an electric motor for a spinning target - it hasn't been used in a long time This year it will be a bear with a dot on his chest - $1 per arrow, closest to the dot splits the pot with the club. The other will be the card game Rick mentioned above. Y'all come!Comment

John, in case of a winning tie/ties on the cards, make it simple.
Just split the half of the pot going to the shooter evenly between those who tie.
