Quarantine Fun - Guess what this is

Alrighty Y’all, time for some fun. I have no clue what this meat is and at this point I’m kinda scared. It was donated to local food pantry and they gave some of it to the volunteers.

It came in a ten pound vacuum sealed bag, somewhat pre seasoned. I cooked up a little and it was very tender but really didn’t taste like your typical beef. It’s a bunch of weird shapes and doesn’t appear to be cut.

EDIT—-> I should’ve said that it did not taste good, not like the meat had gone bad, but just weird and left a bad aftertaste.

I mean, if we’re already quarantined might as well go all out, mom didn’t raise me to be a wuss.

It was donated by an Italian restaurant. So either the italian mafia is getting creative at dumping evidence or it’s totally legit. Either way I still have no clue what it was and it wasn’t very good.

Oh and I did get it pretty hot when I cooked it so hopefully I’ll make it.
