If the rear main seal is leaking, could it be worse if parked on a steep incline with front higher than rear??

    asking for a friend...

Don't put oil in it and it won't leak

No. It will leak at the same rate.

The rear main seal only leaks when the engine is running and the oil is under pressure. The drip puddles you see under the vehicle is from where it was blown around and accumulated while driving. Just did one on my pickup. Mine was getting on the flywheel and slinging out thru the starter (5.3 chevy).

You should lay on your stomach, or go see a Gastroenterologist?

I don't notice puddles when sitting, just after sitting on an incline for several hours yesterday...
