Put a temporary "stiff leg" post in the middle of your floor & let it hold up the rafters until you get them screwed together. When the rafters are all in place & screwed to each other, take the post out.

I really love using 3 1/2 in screws in the rafters. Also, make it just a little (maybe 6 inches higher than you planned for head clearance & put a piece of octagonal plywood on the bottom of your rafters. Then you screw up thru the plywood into the bottom edge of the rafters & it helps tie it all together.

got all the plywood on this weekend. cutting in the door and windows is next than roof then start fiberglassing it. will get some pics up soon
