South Plains Archery Club June 2015

I wanted to remind everyone that our meeting will take place this coming Thursday June 4th, 6:00 pm at the new Lubbock Indoor Archery location at 320 19th Street. If you haven't made it by to check out the new shop this would be a good opportunity to do so.

I'm sure with all the rains we will need to schedule a work day at the lease which we will vote on at the meeting.

Our June shoot will take place on June 20th, registration will begin at 9:00 am

We will have a workday at the lease on Saturday June 13th to get ready for the June 20th shoot. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Reminder that our monthly shoot will take place on June 20th with registration beginning at 9:00 am.

We will set up the course on Thursday June 18th and will need all the help we can get! The weeds are extremely tall after all of the rain this month. Josh spent the entire day shredding on Saturday but we still need help running weed eaters to cut in shooting lanes.

We will start selling tickets for the AR at this shoot. Gun will be given away on Sunday July 19th at the closing of our 2 day shoot. Tickets are $10.00 each or 6 for $50.00

Remember to bring OFF the mosquitoes are out in full force!

The archery lease got a little over an inch and a half of rain last night. The course is set and ready to go but it is wet and muddy, don't forget to bring mosquito spray and maybe some wading boots hahaha.... Hope to see everyone tomorrow. Registration starts at 9:00 am
