QAD ultra rest pro and ultra rest

The early modles of the QAd Hunter bounced very slightly when they fell. This promted Qad to make the LD Pro wich is the "Lock Down Pro". My LD Pro dose not have the rubber thumb wheel, as the newer ones do. There are a few other minor cosmetic difference between the original Hunter, the LD Pro, and the newer updated modles.

I suppose that you are talking about the QAD ultra rest pro and the QAD utra rest hunter. The pro has lifetime warrenty, dvd, increased spring tension, rubberized and extended thumb wheel, timing cord is adjustable at thumbwheel, and they come in camo.

What's the the difference between these 2 rests besides $50. Is it worth the price difference?.

I got off on a QAD vs Ripcord tangent, and just now realized you didn't ask about the Ripcord.
Don't know how I read Ripcord into this.
