Thumbs up Tyler Archery Club - well done!

We shot at TAC yesterday and our entire group was impressed with the course. It was fun and challenging. Lots of various distances, downhill, ground taken away, targets taken away (but not at the same time), shadows, and open shots. Some deceiving, some forgiving. And there was plenty of water out!

Well done, Tyler Archery Club!

Thank you!! It's important to hear feedback, and if you have any suggestions for next year, we would love to hear them.
Our long ternmplan is to cut 30 lanes in the new pine growth up front. There won't be any elevation changes, but should have plenty of variety in different ways.

Since you asked -- it was a long walk between some targets. That makes for a long day. It's ok in decent weather, but if it is hot it won't be good.

Well, sometimes for safety reasons and target angles, we have to spread them out. Last year some people complained they were too close, creating safety problems or making groups wait too long on other groups. If we can get the lanes cut in the new pines for next year, it will address both sides of that coin!

I thought it was the best layout TAC has ever had.
Good mix of distances and terrain.
