Not sure if this has been posted...but this is the app/database being used by a bunch of the people assisting with boat/manpower rescues.
A lot of the local govt organized (fire stations/etc) staging areas are working off 9-11 calls ONLY and have parking lots of boats not doing anything but waiting on being sent out.
