You don't have to be draw, just go to the sportsmans center to get a permit. http://forthoodhunting.com/ Oh BTW there is a meeting september 30th at the sportmans center about changes the public might want to see in the hunting program in the future (the only change I have heard so far is more archery only areas), they are trying to get a better turnout that the meeting they held back in the summer.

Are you allowed to shoot exotics on fort hood?, I fish there a few times a year and have seen axis deer in unit 115. I just checked the map and we fish all along units 115 and 23, I had no idea you could hunt in there.

How would a person go about joining the hood bowhunting club?
