After a near-death experience on the way to the ranch (HERE), Zach stuck his first ever hog!

He made a perfect quartering away shot on him at 20 yards, and the pig went 20-25 yards and piled up dead. He weighed 155#. Small tusks on the young boar. WAY too stinky to eat, but it'll be a cool skull anyway. The Shuttle T-lock buried up in the offside shoulder bone, so no pass through. Of course, the pig fell on the arrow and snapped it. We couldn't get the broadhead out of the bone either. Costly shot, but worth it.

I have it on video - HD with my DSLR. I'll work up the video as soon as I can. I'm still learning video editing, so I'm slow.

Thanks. I wasn't sure how to properly pose an idiot texting driver for an LDP, so we chose to take it out on the pig instead.

Man, I still can't sleep. Still too much adrenaline. That was a scary deal. I sure didn't want to see my son hurt.
