How would you build a wall thru the middle of Falcon lake? I get the wall proposal and it's purpose, but not sure I want walls thru the middle of a lake or national park. Your thoughts?

As far as National Parks go, I have heard Big Bend is exempt. I have not heard anything about Falcon. The Big Bend info comes from park staff so I hope it is true.Comment
