Yea, me n Mr. Herman go WAY back... Lot more to "eatin' BBQ" than just throwin' down the meat... Good friends, good times, and serious story tellin'...

Love Mr. Herman to death, but I would't let him process one of my deer for nuthin'!! But his BBQ joint is clean and run by first class folks... He only recently got the store in the strip center goin again after Harvey... Had to do LOT of updates to electric/plumbing to get to new codes... That store had been around a while as those of you from the area know...
