will they do ground meat and cut the straps into steaks as well? Trying to find a place to do it all.

I agree it can be awesome. I gave about 90% of mine away from last year though because it was pretty terrible. Don't feel like chancing it this year at the same place. Year before it was awesome. Maybe I will give them a go another time but not this year.
