That's a good start - stay after it! On Strava go to "clubs" and look for texasbowhunter. Welcome!

You should look into Niner's. They're pretty good bikes.

Way to go !!! Ya might want to stop by a local shop and get your bike fitted. That will help out of being comfortable and efficient.

Bet that's a fun route, I rode 23 today from trinity park to Benbrook lake and averaged around 15 and topped out at 27 on my MTB.

Thursday morning I'm leaving the house around 4am and ride over to Lake Weatherford, then south to the Hwy, and over to Lake Benbrook, should be a solid ride before it gets to hot.

Be careful and have fun!!

I live North of Weatherford and just East of Peaster, we have a road north of us that is a beast, rollers for 6 miles and the last one is nasty.

Someday I'll be a cool kid and get a Road bike or a nice Gravel bike..

My set up I have ben using for hunting and get my butt back in shape. I have been getting up at 4am and go ride every morning for about an hour to hour and a half. I have packed out a few hogs on this bike. For a $200 bike from academy its holding up extremely well consider I am about 350lbs before adding any gear.

Lots of win happening in this thread.
Year and a half post shoulder surgery, I'm late getting back on the bike.

And I agreed to ride the Livestrong in October with some friends.
Got a long ways to go before I'm ready for a hundo.

Keep it up.

And with the most beautifully devastating athletic event on the planet kicking-off tomorrow, I'd like to add.

It won't be Froome.

You can also make some pretty cool ones out of a couple pieces of pipe and elbows and hang them on the wall.

34mph for 22 miles has got to hurt a little.

But not as much as being the current World Champion...yellow jersey holder...and getting shelled and left behind by your own team.

Lol, I know that to be the truth. I had to buy Brandy a bike too now that Axel and I have one. She settled on the 2019 Trek Roscoe 7 WSD. It is beautiful. I love mid-fat bikes, lol

I'm going with the 2019 Carbon 50 Element, you wont find any information on them yet floating around the net. It will be a few weeks before a public release. I have ridden a 2018 Thunderbolt and it was very sweet and even set a few PRs on it that I have not been able to touch since.

I have been tinkering with selling my Vertex 930 hardtail, I just upgraded the entire drivetrain last month to a 1x11 Shimano XT.

Hey y'all,

I've had a request to do the cycling jersey's again. I need to see if there is enough interest to place an order. The price could be anywhere from $100 - $110, depending on order quantity.

This is what we had last time.

That shirt is no longer available and would be replaced with the following (with the red/white/blue logo imprint).

Please send me a pm if you are interested. If I see there is at least 12, I will get this in the works.

Ok...looks like I have enough interest to take an order. I have told Jakroo to go ahead and mock up the new version of the shirt. I should have it by Tuesday. I'll probably do a short pre-order window of a week and then place the order. It will take 2 weeks to get them back.

Will update as soon as the mock up is available.
