John Deere Gator Diesel with A/C and Heat

Picked it up the other day and loving this thing, going to be great down at the deer lease. Anybody else bought one of these? If so how do you like it?

Not sure on size but I think it has a 25hp yanmarr diesel that will top out at 32 mph. Looked it up it has an 854cc motor.

Yanmar are tough engines. Got a Yanmar in an older JD diesel garden tractor that has been an amazing workhorse.

Can you at least roll the windows down? Would hate to get stuck in there on the way across the property when my partners rot gut kicks in from the chili and beer the night before. Otherwise, sweet rig!!

Windows roll down and front windshield tilts up also for that sole purpose. Lol

Idk about the diesels, but we have an 825i gasser, and it is surprisingly quiet. You notice more noise in the cab than you do if you were a bystander and it drove by.

From what I understand, it’s the same motor that’s in my mule, very quiet.

I paid $24 grand. The interior on this model is just like a tractor cab.

It’s surprisingly quiet for a diesel also.
