havent shot my bow in almost 1 year. Bow Tech Assassin. When I bought it, io had new cams and new strings put on it. Waxed once in August. Do I need to replace the string or can I start practicing for my upcoming hunt?

As long as the string isn't fraying or any bad looking spots on it I would think you'd be good to go. Maybe put more wax on it also. -
I'm no expert though so I could be completely wrong but that's what I would do give it a good look over wax if needed and shoot it. And not let it sit for a year next time. LolComment

shouldn't need to be replaced, unless for obvious reasons as stated above. if your arrows aren't hitting exactly where you think they should, its probably because your string and cables have stretch, just re sight and you should be good to go again.Comment
