White elephant gift ideas

Every year at one of our Christmas’s the guys opt to get a single gift to exchange white elephant fashion. The problem is I’m not a good gift giver and have run out of ideas. What would you want under $50?

It’s a variety of guys, with some liking outdoors things and some with more tech interests.

I'm going to a white elephant exchange where we're wearing ugly sweaters. I have a phenomenal ugly Christmas sweater with a bass wearing a Santa hat, and fishing reindeer. My white elephant gift is an identical sweater. But ours isn't serious gifts.
